Alise Carter is 27 year old artist occupying Portland, Oregon.  She participates in photography, makeup artistry, graphic design, and other crafty things.
Alise is a self taught photographer, retoucher, and designer--and has been working with Photoshop and similar programs since she was six years old. 

When not working, she enjoys long walks through nature, bone collecting, and can be seen running through the woods with different, and usually very odd costumes for self-portraits. (dubbed "professional selfies")
